2.
Booking and payment.
For reservations

complimentary wifi. Use of wifi is entirely at users risk and
you should ensure that any equipment used to connect to the

by ISP or telecoms failure beyond our control. There is a

Cancellation within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday will
forfeit the full hire amount paid or due unless The Old
Chapel is re-let, in which case only the 25% deposit will be
forfeit.
8.
Access to the property.
The Old Chapel
owners reserve the right to gain access to the property at
any time if necessary in case of emergency.
9.
Security deposit.
Unlike many self
catering properties we do not take a security deposit: we
take great pride in and care of The Old Chapel and our
experience shows that our guests do likewise. We understand
that that normal wear and tear occurs and make no charge for
minor breakages: if any do occur please notify us as soon as
possible so that we can make any necessary replacements for
subsequent guests. Please note that guests are liable for any
major damage or loss that falls outside the scope of normal
wear and tear. Upon guest departure The Old Chapel is cleaned
and inspected: if any major damage or loss is discovered you
will be notified within 14 days and invoiced for repair or
replacement costs.
10.
Personal insurance.
We recommend that
you have adequate personal and holiday cancellation insurance
to cover you and all members of your party. This should be
suitable for UK self catering holidays arranged independently
of a travel agent and should include cancellation cover.
Under no circumstances will The Old Chapel owners be
responsible for loss of life, personal injury, medical
expenses, accidents, damage to guest property, personal
effects or motor vehicles, and you should ensure that any
insurance covers such eventualities.
11.
Pets.
We welcome well
behaved dogs [maximum of two]. No other pets are permitted.
Pets may not be left unsupervised in The Old Chapel as this
can lead to considerable damage to the property and distress
to the pet.
12.
Smoking.
For the comfort of
all guests, and in compliance with current UK legislation,
smoking is not permitted inside The Old
Chapel.
